Allyson Murphy was admitted to the California Bar in 2005, and joined Hughes Gill Cochrane in 2011. Ms. Murphy's practice focuses primarily on the representation of homeowners associations in construction defect litigation. She also has significant experience litigating breach of contract, fraud, products liability, employment, and personal injury actions. Ms. Murphy has represented clients in several counties throughout the State of California.
Ms. Murphy received her Juris Doctor in 2005 from the Golden Gate University School of Law, graduating with a specialized certificate in Litigation. She received a Bachelor of the Arts in Politics from University of California, Santa Cruz in 1999.
Ms. Murphy is admitted to practice in California, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
