Anne Marie Manning

Anne Marie Manning has been practicing law in Northern California for over ten years. Her practice focuses on the representation of clients involved in real estate-related disputes, with emphasis on construction and development. Ms. Manning also has experience handling director and officer liability claims on behalf of domestic and international insurers and is a co-author of the article titled, "Punitive Damages: California Model Applying Gore and State Farm," published in the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel, Vol. 54, No. 4, Summer 2004.

Educational History

Ms. Manning received her Juris Doctor in 2002 from the University of San Francisco School of Law where she earned the Law Faculty Scholarship. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from Saint Mary's College of California.

Ms. Manning is admitted to practice in California, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern and Central Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
