Areas of Expertise

  • Governing document analysis, revision and enforcement

After spending more than a dozen years as international corporate counsel, Kelly is enjoying both the people and work in the world of homeowner association representation. She says, “I really like working with community association managers and board members. They are so personable and friendly. It’s such a refreshing change from the formal corporate world.”
