Headquartered in Walnut Creek, HGCT is a California law firm, with Bay Area roots, and strong local relationships. We focus exclusively on clients in the greater Northern California area and each of our attorneys is a recognized expert in community association law.
Hughes & Gill was founded in 2002 by Michael Hughes and John Gill. Michael Cochrane became a shareholder in 2008, bringing his considerable litigation expertise to the firm. The evolution to HGCT was complete upon Amy Tinetti’s promotion from principal to shareholder in 2017.
