Mike co-founded Hughes & Gill with John P. Gill in 2002, building what would eventually become Hughes Gill Cochrane Tinetti, P.C. From the beginning, Mike envisioned more than just a successful law practice. He wanted a workplace where people genuinely cared about one another — a workplace family. Through his leadership, generosity and personality, he created exactly that.
