Real estate contract go-to.

Areas of Expertise

  • Drafting, revising and negotiating real estate contracts
  • Drafting, review and analysis of vendor agreements
  • Real property and title issues
  • Governing document analysis, interpretation and enforcement
  • Drafting, interpreting and enforcement of association rules and policies
Real estate and real property issues are Leena’s “sweet spot” She excels in drafting, revising and negotiating contracts, agreements, and policies and truly enjoys this type of work. “I love working with my colleagues and clients to resolve issues. It’s fun here, the work is fun, and it’s important. I think that’s the best part – what we do is important.”
Additionally, Leena places an emphasis on building relationships with her clients. She says, “It’s important to really know your attorney. Knowing their education and their face is not the same as really talking to them. Their resume and background go out the door if you are not comfortable with them, don’t trust them, or you don’t like them.” Leena’s clients find her to be personable and smart, but once they get to know her, they discover she is also responsive and reliable, and most importantly, she’s knowledgeable and gets them the answers they need.
